in 2017 in South Sudan as an auditing and accounting firm. It is a partnership of two qualified
chartered and certified public accountants. It is one of the leading indigenous firms providing
Audit, Accountancy, Tax, Advisory and Management Consulting services in Uganda and South
Sudan. TMK & CO. is a full member of the institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda
which is a member of the IFAC.
TMK & CO. is a member firm of Russell Bedford International, a network of auditing and
accounting firms working to the same international standards of professional services. Russell
Bedford International has offices in the Eastern and Southern Africa region in countries of
Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Lesotho, and Tanzania.
Each of the referral offices covers the neighboring countries where Russell Bedford doesn’t have
